Now that you know our Mission, identify your particular need
Every adult individual and every family has assets that need to be protected! It is important to identify and stipulate your wishes regarding 1) the proper and timely distribution of your assets upon your death 2) the family and medical decisions regarding your health care as you approach death and, if needed, 3) financial decisions if you were to become incapacitated. An individual that neglects to formally document these wishes prior to death may be subject to the probate process determined by legislature of the State of California which has unnecessary fees and delays attached to it.
We can assist you in identifying the best estate plan for you and your family that fully protects all of your assets. We address the following options and issues:

Businesses face challenges either through planned growth or unplanned litigation. We will provide legal counsel to address the following issues:
Buying a house to make a home for yourself and your family or purchasing property for investment purposes is a significant financial decision (in most cases, the most significant financial transaction one will make in his/her lifetime) that may require objective legal counsel.
We will assist you with the following:
1. “What do you charge?” I charge either an hourly rate or a flat fee dependent on the legal issue being addressed. For example, I traditionally charge an hourly fee when administering a Trust due to its complexity and a flat fee when incorporating a business but I am sensitive to the budget of every client. Because I have a very low overhead, my fees are well below market.
2.“Since you are currently a single employee law firm, do you have access to other professional resources for support?” While working at a highly respected law firm in Santa Maria, I established a great list of professional contacts that are available for outside legal counsel. And, being actively involved in a variety of professional organizations in San Luis Obispo, I have access to a reputable network of professionals in the insurance, financial and real estate arenas whenever additional information is needed.
